Item did arrive

It has been 14 days since the product was ordered and the product had not arrived and I had received and email from the Royal Mail saying the parcel had been returned to the supplier, I ask that you do everything in your power to rectify the situation . I had previously sent 2 emails to you confirming the address for where the parcel was supposed to be delivered and had received no response. And I also messaged on your contact us forum on your website. I kindly ask that you either supply the product that was returned to you or provide me with a refund.
